Head of the Russian Federal Atomic Energy Agency and the head of Iranian Atomic Energy Agency pre-launched the first ever Iranian nuclear facility in Bushehr (southern Iran and close to the Persian Gulf). The plant was launched with virtual fuel and will be officially launched in few months ahead. The plant will produce 500 MW electricity. The Plant was to be inaugurated in 1999 and was postponed in times by the Russian counterpart. The Uranium for the plant will be provided by the Russian government and the dung will be returned to Russia. Russia started providing fuel for the reactor under IAEA supervision.

A pre-Launch process is the same as the main activity of a reactor but plumb tubes are used instead of Uranium and helps technicians to evaluate the reactor’s hydraulic modules. In fact, this is a simulation of the reactor main activity.
