We don't see it working for Safari, or Crome.

Are they excluded? Suspended? Not welcome?

Highlight works fine with Safari, I've been using it through the various versions for the last year. I doubt highlight works with Chrome because it's just a beta product and is only used by a tiny fraction of internet users.
