Islam: Eye for an Eye for All, But Life in Prison for Us.

We all remember last when air travellers were refused boarding aircraft with liquids, everything from Baby Formula to Soft Drinks to Shampoo, it was all taboo.
This Law was in part from the Video rantings of 8 Terrorists who had plotted to blow up transatlantic flights to the US and Canada using peroxide based bombs inside Soft Drinks and other liquid containers.
Jurors were treated to a Islam Video made by one the Bomb Plotters in which his plans were laid out to the World in their quest to kill innocents for Allah.

Britons and North American Muslims alike were publicly horrified once again their religion is used as an excuse to kill, for they too would be included as innocents in this plot once they boarded a plane for America.

If sentenced these terrorist could spend life in prison, though in reality, these terrorists had no intention of life for their victims. Hence, they should not have the same courtesy. Certainly no justice, when Islamic Terrorists demand "Eye for and Eye" Ideology for their Innocent Victims, but may only get Life in Prison by a more forgiving British People who are also under a life sentence wondering as they go about their daily lives of this day will be their last after experienced Terrorist attacks recently in their city.

LONDON - Jurors in the case against eight Britons charged in a plot to bomb transatlantic airliners have been shown a video in which one of the accused praises Osama bin Laden.

Besides praising the al-Qaida leader, 29-year-old Umar Islam also vows to wage holy war against non-believers.

Islam, formerly known as Brian Young, and seven others have been charged in an alleged suicide bomb plot to blow up airliners heading from Britain to Canada and the United States.

The intent was apparently there, but their science sucked: there's no way that their peroxide bomb would have done any real damage-- they'd need ingredients, containers and propellants that are already banned, but, thanks to their goofy plot, we can't bring our own drinks onto planes. It's similar to the school that busted a kid for carring a "hit list" that included Chuck Norris. Yes, they should be tried for their attempted crime, but the TSA's response was just silly.

While some threats are real, we have to be careful how we respond to them; my favorite thumbnail example of knee-jerk security is, "thank heavens he wasn't the suppository bomber..."

good stuff:

I personally believe in two eyes for an eye. Unfortunately for us our countries' believe that when some bastards plot to kill us we need to provide free eye care for them (Gitmo, anyone?).

But at least we in America (I know, you live in Canada, I mean, Antarctica) can feel safe from fringe Christian groups who live in compounds!

Thanks for the Good Stuff Flag and Comments, though I would not be too sure about Religous Fringe Christian Groups in Compounds, Well we have em too, Bountiful, BC being one of many, as well as some in Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec, and I think one in New Brunswick. THese groups have been going on for like 40 years, and the Police and government have slowly but surely reduced their numbers. We pretty much have the same problems that the US has on every level, they are just reported only locally in local media, as they are not as large as your US one, and are not reported Nationally like in the US.
