Israel approves tougher war on Hamas despite ceasefire moves

Smoke billows following an Israel air strike in Rafah near the Gaza Strip's border with Egypt. Top Israeli ministers on Wednesday approved an even tougher war on Hamas despite warming to a new ceasefire initiative and briefly silencing its guns to let Gaza City residents hunt for food and fuel.

Politically sophisticated and historically complicated, the conflict in Gaza has taken away way too many lives. When is everything going to end and how is it going to end? How long is the world going to watch the conflict without taking somebody's side? And if we decide to take a side- are we going to follow the good old 'oil-ocracy' policies or are we going to back up our old Jewish allies who either own, or invest, or participate in most of the companies on the territory of the USA ?

How far is Israel going to go?
