Israel should declare war on Hamas terrorists in Gaza

Israel is constantly attacked from Gaza and just as often retaliates by bombing Gaza. And just as commonly the UN and otrher terrorist apologist groups denounce Israel for defending itself. Israel is also accused of occupying Gaza. in 2007 Hamas, in a bloody coup killed thousands of Fatah supporters, overthrew Fatah forces in Gaza. Hamas has since ruled Gaza by force and violence, allowing no freedom or dissent.

In 1947 the UN ruled that Gaza should be part of a new Palestine state. Burt in the 1948 war against Israel Egypt occupied Gaza. 1967 Six-Day War Israel captured Gaza and ruled it until 2005, when they withdrew. Since 2005 thousands of rockets have been fired at Israeli civilians from Gaza. Israel responds with air strikes. In 2008, Israel invaded Gaza to stop rocket attacks.commenced an assault against Gaza. Palestinians claimed they were just resisting occupation.

The answer is Israeli recognition of terrorist Hamas leaders as the legitimate rulers of the independent nation of Gaza. And a statement that any attack from Gaza will result in a declaration of war against Gaza and an invasion to depose Hamas terrorists.

This would put the Israel/Gaza conflict on a nation to nation level. Under the UN charter Israel would have the right to defend itself from aggression from another county, the same as if Mexico fired rockets into the US in an attempt to reclaim Texas.

This could not be worse than the current situation in Gaza and Israel.
