It is being reported that Livni's Kadima party has won the popular vote in Israel's parliament election - 99 percent of the votes have been counted.

Livni's Kadima party wins popular vote in Israel's parliamentary election with 28 seats after 99% counted; Likud 27 seats

However, some news outlets are still reporting the Kadima party is projected to win but it hasn't been made official yet.

Exit polls in Israel showed the centrist Kadima party of Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni scoring an extremely close, upset victory over the hardline Likud party of former premier Benjamin Netanyahu.

The three separate polls, commissioned by Israel’s news channels and issued late Tuesday, projected that the ruling Kadima would retain its position as the largest party in the Knesset with a razor- thin lead of some two seats over the Likud.
