NP Rank:
Isulza says to Zelaya "don't return to Honduras"
But Jose Miguel Insulza, secretary-general of the Organization of American States, held out hope that the two sides might still reach a settlement — and called Zelaya's attempt to return without an agreement "hasty."
"He has always wanted to return to his country, but it's important to make an effort to avoid a likely confrontation," Insulza said.
Once again Zelaya is going to risk the deaths of more of his own countrymen to stage a publicity stunt, even after he has be told by his own supporters DO NOT RETURN TO HONDURAS.
This is the only opinion I will give in this artical "This is a very sad and desperate man which makes him very dangerous not only to himself but also to Honduras and it's people".

"(...) invited him to sign the reconciliation plan proposed by the president of Costa Rica, Óscar Arias, to end the crisis in Honduras."
