Is it not a good servant a good master?

Many leaders think they are a good master by exercising their power above their authority. Sometimes, especially in Africa, they interfere in every government organ like in the prosecution and legislative bodies manoeuvring them. But is it not good servants working within the boundary of their authorities who are the good masters or leaders?
A brilliant leader could learn much from Jesus. Jesus was a good servant serving all people without any discrimination and even the evils ones that were against God’s order. The result was that Jesus has become an eternal best master in the world. Just learning a few behavioural characters from Jesus would have given leaders a big accreditation to be the best masters; unfortunately they don’t like to learn from Him.
Leaders spent their time with VIP people and they don’t know what ordinary peoples say, what problem they have faced, etc. Dictator leaders deliberately create a culture of power distance where fear between leaders and people would become the norm. That culture restricts development and finally the leader appointed to be a good servant becomes a bad master.
