It's the Only Way to Travel

Jemma and I hailed a rickshaw to get to the Agra train station, but he wouldn't take the two of us and our enormous rucksacks. It hadn't been a problem before, but perhaps this rickshaw-wallah was particularly tired, or fed up, or just more enterprising than the others, as he called over a friend and got us to take one each. Of course, we had to pay twice as much. But then I was amazed that any of these men were able to haul us anywhere in the first place, and my biggest surprise was that it had taken this long for somebody to complain!
