Jack Price Attacked in NY Gay Bashing: Daniel Aleman Arrested

Jack Price, a 49-year-old man from New York, is resting in a Queens hospital after being the victim of what appears to be a brutal gay-bashing. Police report that Jack Price was attacked by two men who were shouting "anti-gay" slurs. The two men beat Price as he was leaving a Queens deli early Friday morning.

New York Police report that Jack Price is in "fair condition" and is recovering at the New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens.

Twenty-six-year-old Daniel Aleman was charged with assault and aggravated assault. Police also said that the attack on Jack Price is being treated as a hate crime. The search for the second suspect in the Jack Price gay-bashing is ongoing.
