Jaclyn Torrealba: DJ Seasunz Arrested for Murder of Girlfriend

DJ Seasunz, real name Juan Carlos Portielis, turned himself in on Sunday 7 pm. He led the police to his car, where they found Jaclyn Elisse Torrealba's body. DJ Seasunz has been charged with second degree murder.

DJ Seasunz, 30, had been dating Jaclyn Torrealba, 18, for "might have been more than a year", said a friend of Torrealba.

Jaclyn Torrealba was last seen on Sunday, Oct. 11, 2 am at Space Night Club. Details of her death have not been released yet.

DJ Danny Daze tweeted about DJ Seasunz's arrest.

On DJ Seasunz's Facebook group page, some people have left strong comments on his wall.

According to friends, Jaclyn Torrealba, who attended Florida International University, was a smart girl who considered becoming a lawyer.

According to Saavedra, Torrealba was a hip-hop dancer and cheerleader in high school. "Jackie was such an amazing girl. She always had a smile on her face she was funny, she was a great dancer," Saavedra told Crimesider in a Monday phone interview.

DJ Seasunz had been arrested 3 times, once for assault and burglary, twice for drugs. He's known for promoting and playing to a younger crowd.
