James Bulger Tribute

My heart goes out to James's family.  I only learned of this horrible crime today while reading a story about Jon Venables being sent back to jail.  Both Jon and Robert Thompson should have never been released back into to public.  They obviously have psychological issues for doing what they did but I cannot find any reason they would be able to be rehabilitated.  Lock them up and throw away the key, or better yet, inflict the same pain upon them that they inflicted upon a helpless, innocent child.  Remeber, Jeffrey Dommer started at a young age torturing and killing animals.  It was not long before he turned to torturing and killing human beings. RIP James.  You will be forever in my thoughts.
