Sorry Frenchies.  I am one - a little - having forebears from el Sasse Lorraine area.   Peacefrog highlights a common attribute of victims, which is that they are generally smarter than average people.  There are many geniuses among victims.  Also, many of the outspoken people - those who decry America's fall to fascism - are Mensa members (IQ > 140).   Katherine Albrecht never mentions GS explicitly, but everything else she says is in line with anti-OS/GS belief patterns.  She is a talk show host, with a Mensa IQ > 180.  Not many people know it, but the uni-bomber was a high level genius (IQ > 165).  It's a simple formula to use in your calculations ... the smarter people are the first to discern what is happening in our country, and - of course - the first ones to be targeted by those who support the new world fascistic order.  Another thing that happens is that sodium fluoride reduces IQ by around 5 or 10 percent.  People who do not start out in life with an IQ that is five or ten points higher than average will fall in line with the other "average" drones ...  Unfortunately, a person is born with a specific IQ, which cannot be enhanced by more than a tiny bit.  But - people CAN be educated to behave like they have a much LOWER IQ.  Hence, we have gangstalking, and the fascists police state implied by its existence.

Get it straight, first off the term "gang stalking" is obviously a ruse created to cover up any real program. It was purposely surrounded with a laundry list of logistically, and stupidly, improbable "tactics" like "psychological sensitization" that served a double purpose of outing mentally ill dimwits who could even believe such things and hoping the real targets would believe they were true to make them look like mentally ill dimwits- and have them surrounded by said dimwits should they organize for activism.
