Is the "James Holmes" Captured By Police an Imposter?

Twitter conspiracy theorists maintain that the man who appeared in court in Centennial, Colorado, on July 23 was not shooter James Holmes.

James Holmes is the sole suspect in the July 20th 'Dark Knight Rises' shooting in Aurora, Colorado. Later that morning, his school I.D. photo was released online so the world could see who had done such a horrible thing.

His photo I.D. shows a normal adult, smiling for his picture: dark hair and eyes, and a nice smile. During his preliminary court hearing, he looked much different, with orange hair, bugged out eyes and an emotionless expression.

Now, conspiracy theorists are claiming that the two pictures are actually of two different people; the real James Holmes is free and an imposter is in jail in place of him.

The conspiracy theorists have posted an analysis of his student ID picture versus the way he looked in court. Come on, people. Why would the authorities put a fake Holmes in the courtroom? Not many people look the same as their ID after being in college awhile.

Why would a whistle blower, his father be about to go to court before the incident happened because of his incredible software invention keeping big banks and companies from committing fraud in multiple countries be stopped? They are blackmailing him with the life and well-being of his son. Look up Libor Act and Robert Holmes anywhere online. Conspiracy? I think not. I'm not scared of the government that may look at this site, and am willing to lose my life for waking people up to what is really happening.

So James Holmes is now claiming he doesn't even remember what happened?

" Accused mass murderer James Holmes told jailhouse workers that he remains stumped about what landed him in a Colorado lockup, a jail staffer told the Daily News.

“He claims he doesn’t know why he’s in jail,” the worker said Thursday. “He asked, ‘Why am I here?’”

Sort of sounds like "Manchurian Candidate" territory to me...

Even if it is a conspiracy there's not a damn thing any of you can do about it. Go ahead and try. Also prisoners will find out if word gets to him by means of torture and those sort of things. Maybe he smoked meth and that warped his face shape. Anyways bottom line no one can do anything so just live your life and worry about you

It is very very hard to tell if he has a decoy or not, as the pics were taken at different dates and other variables, but why in gods name would he do this he freaking had straight A's and he was my cousins friend! now my cousin is speechless and barely talks!

lol @ Givemeabreak If you dont wake up odds are you will get a nice break in a Fema concentration camp which i gather from the deep deep slumber you and the rest of the blind sheeple are in think thats a conspiracy theory. In reality it is a real conspiracy along with all the others that the scumbag so called elite plan and carry out in order to further certain agenda's. The middle one was taken 6 years ago. Nobody looks the same for 6 years. He had a different facial expression. Plus it's taken at a slightly different angle. So obviously his nose would look differently and when you smile your nose flares a bit, especially on some people. His hair was so much shorter in the middle one and he dyed his hair red, so stop making stupid comments about his hair..., HAIR GROWS YOU KNOW? The quality of the middle picture was shit, so you cant exactly tell which eye color he had. And if your gonna compare ears, use the same ear on both pictures. Stupid idiots-.-
