The Man Who Has Taken a Hostage in the Discovery Channel Building Has Been Identified as James Lee - He is Now Deceased

James Jay Lee, who runs an organization called Save the Planet Protest, has a history of protesting the building and has been arrested in the past for doing so. He has claimed that the channel's programs actually causes harm to the government. When he was arrested he listed a homeless shelter in Silver Spring as his address.
He recently published these demands (PDF) on his website saying the the Discovery Channel must take the steps he outlined in order to save the planet. He also sent them to the organization via an e-mail. In the manifesto he states that the 'world does not need humans' and makes demands such as stopping 'ALL immigration pollution'.
Perez Hilton reports that Lee's brother-in-law described Lee as 'unstable' and 'prone to anger against those who love him'.
He is reported to have spent thousands of dollars protesting around the Discovery Channel Building.
His website is having trouble loading at the present time.

We everone had an tiny Lee perspective inside our greedy brains, maybe then our planet could be saved. You ppl are calling him an eco-terrorist? He´s a savior if anything, they have ignored him for so long even though he makes perfect sense and only wishes to save the world. I love Lee because he had the courage to do what he did even though he knew it prolly would end his life... RIP LEE

This article doesn't say how he died? Maybe it's been on 24/7 news in US, but it's not obvious for people in other countries.
