Skylar Kauffman Murder: James Lee Troutman Arrested
James Lee Troutman of Souderton, Pennsylvania has been arrested for the murder of Skylar Kauffman. Nine-year-old Skylar Kauffman had gone missing at around 5:30 pm on Monday, May 9. Several hours later, police the little girl was found dead in a trash bin in the parking lot behind the building where she and her family lived.
When questioning the neighbors, police noticed blood on 25-year-old James Lee Troutman's shoes. A search of the apartment revealed bloody clothes in Troutman's closet, and more blood in the basement. Skylar Kauffman's body was found shortly thereafter.
James Lee Troutman admitted to police that he raped and choked Skylar Kauffman. He described the event as a "whiteout", and has not entered a plea. He faces charges of kidnapping, sexual assault and murder.

My friends and I used to play right near there when we were growing up..... What this COWARD did to this little girl is just unbelievable... And now to find out that his "fiancee" heard the little girl screaming NO repeatedly from her apartment and not call the cops or go and see what is going on is just sickening!!!!! She is just as guilty as him..... My thoughts and prayers are with this little girls family.... As for this piece of crap COWARD, I hope he rots and burns!!!!
