While I am not a scientist, it seems reasonable to question why the government researchers failed to mention the most obvious potential source of the sharp elevation of electromagnetic radiation above Japan in the days before the quake – HAARP, or similar man-made systems capable of altering atmospheric or geophysical conditions.

They are well ahead of schedule, as they always are... all the latest weapons technologies are always "under development," haven't you noticed? The case is circumstantial, but all of this adds up. Someone within Lockheed Martin apparently has advance knowledge of the heinous use of these technologies, resulting in death and destruction inflicted on U.S. citizens. They either are telegraphing their punches as a sadistic act of braggadocio, arrogant, confident they never will be brought to account -- if only because to do so would be to convict the U.S. government of war crimes against its own people and the people of Japan -- OR, someone within Lockheed Martin, perhaps a mole, has advance knowledge and they only way he/she can attempt to save humanity by getting the word out is to engage in double reverse psy ops.

My wife saw a license plate on the road today with the letters "KID NAP" as the plate number. She does not remember if it was a PA plate, or New Jersey, but with six characters, I'm thinking it must have been NJ. It was disturbing to her and she told me she's been thinking about this all day.
Another threatening "message" via phony license plate, reinforced with microwaved "subvocal suggestion?" THIS IS WHAT THEY HAVE TRIED TO DO TO ME IN THE PAST, AND APPARENTLY TO MY FAMILY.
Because I am aware of "microwave hearing," also known as "voice to skull" communications, I believe I am resistant to subvocal suggestion, even if delivered during sleep. But others who choose to keep themselves uninformed about such heinous "mind control" technologies may be at risk of having their thoughts cruelly, criminally manipulated.
I post this as a prophylactic, should some entity dare to order a kidnapping involving me, or one of my interests.

Because Stage One of the Torture Matrix is to increase in magnitude and frequency the "annoyances of everyday life" (for deniability's sake), the "pest control" operations are used to inject rodents, snakes, insects, etc, into the victims' houses, when the victims are absent. That these "pests" could cause illness or fear is, of course, the intended effect. There needs to be a Nuremberg-style fumigation of the Rate in Charge of the US.

If, as you maintain, a signal is being broadcast from cellphone towers, the solution is simple: purchase or borrow a device capable of detecting said photonstream or whatever it is that has the potential to blister the victim's scalp and tongue and skin around the eyes. Weather the stream is emanating from cellphone towers or the apartment next door or a house down the street is not really important. What is important is a device capable of monitoring the offending signal/stream/whatever.
Since the state of Michigan actually has a law on the books criminalizing the use of these kinds of weapons, it stands to reason that they must have some means by which to investigate any related allegations. Maine and Massachusetts have adopted similar laws and it's likely they have some means by which to investigate legitimate allegations.

Went to PA DMV photo driver's license center in Falls Township PA (where I was assaulted by police and falsely arrested and imprisoned in June 2009) to renew license. I had signed "camera card" that came in mail, but was asked to sign on electronic capture pad. I could not see any lines being drawn on the screen so I re-signed. Same thing. Clerk said something must be wrong with the pad; he jiggled wire and I signed a third time. Still couldn't see an image. So the office harvested three electronic signatures and the camera card I had signed in ink. When I renewed there in 2003, the signature that came back on the license definitely was not my signature; someone had to have had real-time access to the capture pad and apparently forged my signature.
This time, I really couldn't tell, because the capture pad did NOT legibly display my signature as I signed the pad.
Each time, the clerk asked, "That's your signature, right? That's your picture, right?" He said this THREE TIMES. I already had told him I couldn't see the image as I was signing. It was almost as if he was trying to get me to say, "No, it really doesn't look like my signature" -- a statement that could be construed as something that someone who was "delusional" might say.
I got that sick feeling that I was being CONNED. But I can offer no proof -- and fact is, I couldn't SEE each signature try on the electronic pad, because it did not display what I was writing while I was writing it. Was that done on purpose? What would YOU conclude under the circumstances, and given the history?
No surprise that as I was having my picture taken, three other individuals entered the empty office at the same time. "Here's the flash mob," I uttered under my breath. All three left almost immediately after I did.
I have written in the past about how checks that come back in the mail exhibit signatures that resemble my John Hancock, but which, to my eye, clearly appear to be written in someone else's hand. Typically, these suspicious checks are made out to persons, businesses or entities to whom I had written checks. It is almost as if there has been a concerted effort to hijack my identity by an impostor -- or a set of impostors. When I went to our bank to ask for an investigation, the person I talked to said I must be mistaken, and dismissed my concerns out of hand.
My reporting indicates that the fusion center network has a back-office operation that counterfeits bills and statements of "targeted individuals," possibly setting them up for ID theft. Are the official overlords of the Bucks County, PA "targeted individual" persecution squad and/or its I.T. contractor Lockheed Martin knowingly looking the other way as their legion of goons commits ID theft against their "targets" -- since NO COMPLAINT of ANY targeted individual is EVER investigated or taken seriously, according to my many personal experiences?
Conscientious federal investigators at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice should be looking into official complicity in the epidemic of ID theft in this country... possibly with some of those charged with protecting Americans against ID theft as co-conspirators in a systematic campaign of covert financial sabotage.
It is my conclusion, based on personal experience, that local law enforcement is either corrupt, or has been corrupted, by the apparent fact that federal agents in these parts refuse to investigate civil and human rights complaints from so-called "targeted individuals" -- making these persecuted Americans (many singled out for their politics, their whistle-blowing, or for their ethnic background) easy prey for officially-connected and protected ID thieves.
Such financial sabotage is no longer a secret -- and it certainly is not in the service of justice or respect for the Constitution of the United States.

Sick, malicious operatives of Lockheed Martin's censorship regime are purposely sabotaging my work -- juggling and REMOVING -- CENSORING -- paragraphs of the Facebook article I just posted, disabling functions such as cut and paste, making it so that editing changes do not go through. THIS IS INFO FASCISM AND IT WILL NOT STAND.
