If, as you maintain, a signal is being broadcast from cellphone towers, the solution is simple: purchase or borrow a device capable of detecting said photonstream or whatever it is that has the potential to blister the victim's scalp and tongue and skin around the eyes. Weather the stream is emanating from cellphone towers or the apartment next door or a house down the street is not really important. What is important is a device capable of monitoring the offending signal/stream/whatever.

Since the state of Michigan actually has a law on the books criminalizing the use of these kinds of weapons, it stands to reason that they must have some means by which to investigate any related allegations. Maine and Massachusetts have adopted similar laws and it's likely they have some means by which to investigate legitimate allegations.

ALLOWING POTENTIAL ID THIEVES TO HARVEST DATA? (the full story below – if malicious censorship regime operatives of Lockheed Martin let it through their “filter…”)

Went to PA DMV photo driver's license center in Falls Township PA (where I was assaulted by police and falsely arrested and imprisoned in June 2009)  to renew license. I had signed "camera card" that came in mail, but was asked to sign on electronic capture pad.  I could not see any lines being drawn on the screen so I re-signed.  Same thing. Clerk said something must be wrong with the pad; he jiggled wire and I signed a third time. Still couldn't see an image.  So the office harvested three electronic signatures and the camera card I had signed in ink.  When I renewed there in 2003, the signature that came back on the license definitely was not my signature; someone had to have had real-time access to the capture pad and apparently forged my signature.

This time, I really couldn't tell, because the capture pad did NOT legibly display my signature as I signed the pad.

Each time, the clerk asked, "That's your signature, right?  That's your picture, right?"  He said this THREE TIMES.  I already had told him I couldn't see the image as I was signing.  It was almost as if he was trying to get me to say, "No, it really doesn't look like my signature" -- a statement that could be construed as something that someone who was "delusional" might say.

I got that sick feeling that I was being CONNED. But I can offer no proof -- and fact is, I couldn't SEE each signature try on the electronic pad, because it did not display what I was writing while I was writing it. Was that done on purpose? What would YOU conclude under the circumstances, and given the history?

No surprise that as I was having my picture taken, three other individuals entered the empty office at the same time.  "Here's the flash mob," I uttered under my breath.  All three left almost immediately after I did.

I have written in the past about how checks that come back in the mail exhibit signatures that resemble my John Hancock, but which, to my eye, clearly appear to be written in someone else's hand.  Typically, these suspicious checks are made out to persons, businesses or entities to whom I had written checks.  It is almost as if there has been a concerted effort to hijack my identity by an impostor -- or a set of impostors.  When I went to our bank to ask for an investigation, the person I talked to said I must be mistaken, and dismissed my concerns out of hand.

My reporting indicates that the fusion center network has a back-office operation that counterfeits bills and statements of "targeted individuals," possibly setting them up for ID theft.  Are the official overlords of the Bucks County, PA "targeted individual" persecution squad and/or its I.T. contractor Lockheed Martin knowingly looking the other way as their legion of goons commits ID theft against their "targets" -- since NO COMPLAINT of ANY targeted individual is EVER investigated or taken seriously, according to  my many personal experiences?

Conscientious federal investigators at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice should be looking into official complicity in the epidemic of ID theft in this country... possibly with some of those charged with protecting Americans against ID theft as co-conspirators in a systematic campaign of covert financial sabotage.

It is my conclusion, based on personal experience, that local law enforcement is either corrupt, or has been corrupted, by the apparent fact that federal agents in these parts refuse to investigate civil and human rights complaints from so-called "targeted individuals" -- making these persecuted Americans (many singled out for their politics, their whistle-blowing, or for their ethnic background) easy prey for officially-connected and protected ID thieves.

Such financial sabotage is no longer a secret -- and it certainly is not in the service of justice or respect for the Constitution of the United States.

This longtime customer and journalist has determined that part of Comcast's image problem stems from the apparent fact that customers who have been "targeted" by ideologues in govt agencies/commands as "dissidents" (and that could be anyone) have their customer service calls to ANY service provider diverted to a special harassment unit of Lockheed Martin Information Systems, under contract to the fusion center agencies/commands, who then give lousy service as part of a covert harassment campaign. The problem lies not so much in a lay person using these type of weapons; as in the U.S. government and any in government security agencies using these type of directed energy weapons. As pointed out in the few states adopting laws and in the Leslie Oliver and Jesus Mendoza suits, it's currently 'not' illegal for those in law enforcement, national security, or other government agencies to use these weapons. These, what we as victims refer to as sadistic and cruel secret or covert energy weapons, are being used as surveillance technologies in the name of national security. These specific covert surveillance technologies being specifically protected for use by recently passed government domestic anti terrorism laws. No one is really safe today from these technologies. The DOJ refusing to hear or pursue any victims complaints. US government actively fighting any who bring lawsuits against it.

Calling torture, impairment, subjugation, infliction of injury/disease "survelliance" -- pure, evil genius.  But they won't get away with it -- just as they won't get away with spawning genocidal weather war under the pretext of national security or some sort of Calvinistic sense of wacko fundamentalist "predestination" in the name of "God's plan."

to Scrivener, ( I apologize for this being long) I've been experiencing this torture now since Jan 21, 2011 and its bizarre! I do NOT know who it is exactly ordering this 'hit' on me, I can guess its either my next door neighbor, or the Capt. of the Sheriffs dept. My next door neighbor has some sort of laser that at 5:30p each evening he aims at me so I won't watch TV...sound familiar...recently I've taken to the computer, and guess what, he found me there also. I did notice around the above date, a MW in a wht panel tk pull up on the freeway and put up a "Jesus" sign on a pole facing a house up on a hill, the back of the sign facing my house. I got suspicious and watched this man and he was very nonchalant in getting back in his tk and pulling away. This sign, I believe, is a signal for the hit men exactly which house they are to target...I could be wrong. Shortly after the sign I saw a MW in an upstairs window across the freeway, house located above me on a hill, perfect for him to look 'down' on me always. I drove over to his house and took note of his lic #, wrote it down and ran him in the systems, and it appears this person moves a LOT! I looked him up on Facebook and he wrote under Job: My friends know what I do...interesting comment. But, then I noticed he had active warrants in 3 different states!! He fought a weird court case that had to do with a license plt, which makes me think about your case with seeing different plates. I experience the same symptons you do except I have to fight' blackening out' all the time, the radiation or whateaver it is IS that strong on me, and its 24 hours around the clock on me, unless I drive like a hour away from my house. They track me in my car I've noticed. Suggestion to you is purchase Mylar sheets from Army surplus, buy some copper material on line, and buy from a junk yard some metal (real metal) plates. I took my plate off the back of my old M'Wave oven.  These things really help you. As for RF noise, turn on a fan for white noise, it really helps me! At night is the worse bez they hate when I sleep or even take a nap, unless of course, they are putting you to sleep, I have the same trouble in watching TV as you do. I've also notice if you blow a whistle real loud, or bang on a metal object real loud, they will turn down their RF. OR, I've also notice if a police helicopter flies over they will also turn everything off or down. Be careful of the low RF noise, its the most dangerous. Keep in mind, a lot of this is mind controlling, and if you use the above items it can really help you. and keep also in mind, what it is they're doing to you, and try and not let it get to you. I notice you immediately type in caps (screaming) they're days I scream and yell out loud bez it gets to me. I talk to myself and get out of the house to walk or hike, it helps! They follow me there as well, They hit us with a pink liquid all over my dog and me, especially our legs. I do NOT know if this is coming from a cell tower or not, altho, months before this started I heard such a loud piercing noise my ears rang and I thought about to explode! I called a technicican at our local electric company and he said it was Microwave.  My old neighbor that has some sort of laser he uses on me, might have hired these hit men sitting above my house, altho,I have no proof except he saw us leave for a walk to the hills and followed us, and another time he was in his garage as we walked by to go for a walk, and he ran in his house as if to call someone, now that is only a assumption on my part. I have bruises all over my arms that they leave on me, I have a blood shot eye, my skin gets really dry and my heart speeds up like crazy at times. My head spins, and my ears ring from time to time. Its all very crazy and bizarre, I've call DHS, FBI, and the Sheriffs and nothing! The Sheriffs never heard of any of this, and want me to see a shrink. I took upon myself to see doctors including a Neuro and so far all is normal. So, you see I do believe most of what you say, but keep all of this in perspective even tho I realize at times its hard to do, and they just started on me, I pray to GOD this doesn't last as long as your going thru. I pray for you and don't give up! Yell this out to whoever will listen! I looked up the Walbert Fed Case, and its all documented and proven...so why doesn't DOJ do something then? How many ppl are being hit? How can we get this brought to light so others can come forward? One wonders how many are in mental wards now bez they 'think' they're crazy...its really sad.
