Perhaps tellingly, the study's authors never mention HAARP, the government atmospheric research facility in Alaska capable of heating up the ionosphere and believed to be a powerful scalar electromagnetic directed energy weapon system that can precision-target any location on Earth.

Instead, the authors speculate that natural phenomena could have generated this sharp elevation in levels of electromagnetic radiation above the site. While I am not a scientist, it seems reasonable to question why the government researchers failed to mention the most obvious potential source of the sharp elevation of electromagnetic radiation above Japan in the days before the quake – HAARP, or similar man-made systems capable of altering atmospheric or geophysical conditions.

Sounds like the old "rotten apples in the barrel" defense. Well, if that's what this has been all about, then the FBI would have opened a formal investigation into my complaints right after my first several visits; the "disloyal agents" would have been "neutralized," and the silent electromagnetic torture, impairment and induction of disease and injury would have stopped years ago. Instead, toward the end of Bush's term in office, I was escorted from the FBI lobby by an armed guard.

The fact that the attacks have continued right up to this morning shoots some big holes in that lame alibi.

The government not only knows exactly what they are doing but are the reason for it. To assume that someone with a conscious will step forward and stop it, isn't realistic. What they see at the top, and what we see at the bottom are two different worlds.
