TMZ had obtained a photo of what they called 'Jasmine Fiore's death photo', in which they say her body could be seen stuffed in a suitcase in the position in which it was found.

However, they have now retracted the post and taken it down. No word as to why or whether the photo is not what it first appeared to be.

The photo appeared to be taken from a screenshot and is very grainy and quite hard to see.

Jasmine Fiore was found multilated and stuffed in a suitcase in Orange County, California. She could only be identified by the serial number on her breast implants and not by fingerprints or dental records.

Her husband Ryan Jenkins is currently on the run and wanted for her murder. Jenkins appeared on 'Megan Wants a Millionaire', and only married Jasmine Fiore in March.

The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information on Ryan Alexander Jenkins, a reality TV show contestant who was charged Thursday with Fiore's murder and may have fled to his native Canada.

It is thought that Ryan Jenkins was arrested at a Toronto airport last night, but those rumors turned out to be false.

FYI, Norton flagged the first link you posted as unsafe. The report said it was a downloader virus...

It works fine for me too. Perhaps your anti-virus settings stop links to photo directories.

UPDATE! Jenkins is dead. He hung himself in a hotel room.
