JAXPORT SELLS OUT AMERICAN STEEL WORKERS TO SAVE A BUCK AND BUYS ITS STEEL FROM CHINA SO AS TO PROVIDE JOBS TO WORKERS IN CHINA TO BUILD CRANES FOR THE PORT OF JACKSONVILLE. ONCE AGAIN RICK FERRIN HAS CHOSEN CHINA OVER AMERICAN WORKERS TO NOT ONLY HAVE THE CRANES BUILT OVERSEAS BUT TO ADD INSULT TO THE STEEL WORKERS OF AMERICA IT MUCH RATHER USE STEEL MANUFACTURED IN CHINA THAN THE USA. ITS TIME TO SEND JAXPORT A CLEAR MESSAGE STOP SHIPPING JOBS TO CHINA BUY AMERICAN STEEL NOT CHINA. NOW WHEN IT COMES TO LONG SHOREMAN JOBS OR DOCK WORKERS AUTOMATION IS REPLACING THE WORKER ON THE DOCK.

Why stop buying from China?A most favoured trading partner of US.Americans need jobs or China's vote or abstention in Security Council?Who decides it?Now the new slogan is:"Be American, buy Chinese products so that US can buy Chinnese support to endorse US sponsored resolutions".

Just wanted to comment on your perception that "Rick Ferrin" does it again. Being a government entity, Jaxport has to abide by a very rigid contract awarding process. Rick Ferrin has NO input into the contract awards process. Contracts are given through a committee not influenced by any other employee of the port. This system was diverted by the former Board Chairman, Tony Nelson (unbeknown to Rick), who, everyone knows, is now under federal indictment because of his diversion. Keep the facts straight, true, and complete. Thanks
