Unveiling of a mosaic outside Stockwell tube station, south London, to mark the 4th anniversary of (the attempted cover-up of) the state execution of Jean Charles de Menezes. He was an innocent man shot by the police. 7 bullets in the head at close range, whilst he was restrained on a London underground train. The mosaic has not yet received official approval to be made permanent. And no police officer has yet been prosecuted for his murder.
