No arrests have been made in the case, although two unnamed suspects are being sought.

New York City investigators are trying to retrace the steps of a motivational speaker found stabbed to death in his car.

Police say Long Island resident Jeff Locker phoned his wife Wednesday night to tell her he had a flat tire and would be late. She reported him missing when he didn't return.

Locker's body was found about 11:25 a.m. Thursday in East Harlem. His hands were bound behind his back with an electrical cord. Police say it could be a robbery.

Locker told his wife two people helped him with the tire, and that he was dropping them off before coming home. Police are looking for those people, though it didn't appear the tire was damaged.
