Jeff Wood Arrested for OUI, Driving Under Influence Again

Rep. Jeff Wood (I-Bloomer) has been arrested for OUI again around 4 pm Wednesday afternoon on E. McCoy Boulevard in Tomah. This is the 3rd time Representative Jeff Wood was arrested for Operating Under Influence of Intoxicant or Other Drug. Jeffery Wood is also charged with bail jumping. He is now held at Monroe County Jail.

Wood is also charged with bail jumping for violating conditions of his bond out of Columbia County.

Officers received a report about an erratic driver. They located the vehicle on Helen Walton Drive, and saw it drove over the curb.

Officers were able to locate the vehicle on Helen Walton Drive and saw the vehicle swerving on the roadway and drive over the curb.

Preliminary breath test showed no alcohol in his body, but he was arrested for OUI. He was last arrested on September 23 for OUI, less than a month ago.

State Representative Stephen Nass (R-Whitewater) already called for his expulsion for his last offense.
