Sean Hannity and former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura recently went at it on Hannity's Fox Show. Hannity actually tried to blame 9/11 on Bill Clinton, while Ventura pointed out that Bush ignored the infamous August 6. 20001 memo that warned about al Qaeda crashing planes into buildings.
On "The View," former Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura -- who was waterboarded as part of his military training -- repeated the mantra he offered last week, calling waterboarding torture and demanding criminal prosecution for those who authorized it.
"I would prosecute the people who did it," he said. "I would prosecute the people who ordered it. And they would all go to jail."
His opponent in the debate was none other than the conservative Elisabeth Hasselbeck,
who insisted that the technique worked in breaking down al Qaeda suspects.
Ventura challenged Hasselbeck to support American police if they waterboarded U.S. suspects and asked her why Timothy McVeigh had not been waterboarded.

What does it say about today's political commentariat when one of the few voices of reason is a retired professional wrestler?
