A court in Germany has ordered the release of 91 years old John Demjanjuk, despite finding him guilty of helping to murder some 28,060 Jewish prisoners at the Sobibor death camp in Nazi occupied Poland. The Court in Munich sentenced him to five years in prison but issued the release order on grounds of his age and pending an appeal. While there were no witnesses who saw him as a guard in Sorbibor, so his guilt was based on an identity card which his lawyer said is a forgery made by the KGB.
