Grand Forks, BC
Twelve year old John Fulton went missing from his home Saturday. His body has been found and his neighbour Kimberly Ruth Noyes is being sought in connection with his murder. John Fulton was last seen alive sitting on his doorstep. Now his neighbour Kimberley Ruth Noyes has disappeared and police wish to speak with her.
Police said Tuesday that John Fulton's body was discovered at a neighbouring home and they want to speak to Kimberly Ruth Noyes.
Sgt. Rob Vermeulen said Noyes, 42, lives in the same townhouse complex as Fulton and people should be cautious if they see her.
Although few details have been released to date, the authorities are treating John Fulton's death as a homicide.
Grand Forks is a small town in the BC interior just north of the Washington State border.

I like many others send our deepest regards to the family of John Fulton. I didn't know him but am quite sure he was unique and a person with a beautiful outlook on life. He just didn't have the means to understand that there are others willing to take that away. Many of us call children of his stature 'Angels'. For they don't have the need to harm or have hate in their hearts or minds. 'Angels' deserve better! May he be remembered as 'one of our finest and dearest'. For his family, may they find a way to keep all of his beautiful memories close to them and always remember that they were lucky to have a beautiful 'Angel' in their lives. I am so sorry for what happened to John and am quite sure that he was a 'beautiful person'. He deserved better.

My Deepest condolences to the Fulton family. I just can't understand this anymore, innocent kids or people in general that have these acts of violence and killings performed on them. Iam tired of this society you constantly have to watch over your shoulders for these whacko's. It's not fair that we have to live like this.
