John Parsons Wheeler III, a military consultant and former presidential aide, was found dead at the Cherry Island landfill in Wilmington, Delaware. John Wheeler's body had been hidden in a dumpster that had been brought in from Newark. (Newark, DE Police identify John Parsons Wheeler II as homicide victim- pdf)

John Wheeler's body was spotted as a dumpster was being emptied into the Cherry Island landfill on New Year's Eve. Police are treating Wheeler's death as a homicide and are trying to figure out where the dumpster had been picked up.

John Parsons Wheeler III was an aide to Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush; he was also the former chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund. Wheeler was 66 at the time of his death.

"There are no suspects. Again, we are still looking to determine where the crime scene occurred," explained Newark Police Lt. Mark Farrall.
Police say his wife was traveling at the time and never reported him missing. Neighbors say he was well known in New Castle for an ongoing feud with the owner of a home under construction across the street from his Delaware home.

Definitely this could be some covert killing. This guy knew a lot about past secret government programs and operations_maybe was going to speak about something some didn't want revealed. Found in a dump is saying something to someone else also imo. World isn't what it seems.
