This is the guy referred to as a JOKER by General Fonseka, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, which supposedly created a furore in Tamil Nadu, and presumsably, ochestrated by the Joker himself.

The General was absolutely spot-on in his assessment.

As opposed to a 'Wolf in Lambs clothing', this is an 'ASS in Combat clothing'.
