Stephany Ramirez is the daughter of Ricardo Flores and the young woman was found dead in the Miraflores Hotel Tac on Wednesday morning. She had not been seen since last Friday. Witnesses said they remembered her leaving a casino with Joran Van Der Sloot on Friday.
Joran is said to have fled the country on May 31, and is suspected of being in Argentina. Interpol is searching for him.
Despite confessing to the death of Natalee Holloway a few times, there has always been a lack of evidence to connect Joran Van Der Sloot to her disappearance. Natalee went missing over five years ago and although she is presumed dead her body has never been found.
