More evidence that my home’s temperature is being maliciously and sadistically manipulated and remote-controlled – and that years of costly repairs were incurred, in whole or in large part, as the result of hate-fueled psychopathic sabotage – so called “gaslighting” that rise to the level of persecution, financial exploitation and demented, police-enabled domestic terrorism.
I mentioned in an earlier report that my first-floor heat, which wouldn’t turn on Friday, came back on Saturday, an indication that the system was working. But on Sunday morning, the first floor heat again wouldn’t turn on, and I was left literally freezing -- a clear indication that I was being sadistically played with, psychologically terrorized, a victim of what the spooks call “cold room” torture.

But on the off chance that the thermostat (which had been replaced twice in recent years) had gone bad, I went out this afternoon to purchase a new one at a K-Mart in Langhorne, Bucks County, PA.
As I got into a cashier line, two obvious community stalker goons, one of whom couldn’t hide his sadistic smirk, fell in right right behind me, as is their perverse custom. One of them said this to me:
“I was going to offer you a kerosene heater, but I see you got a thermostat.”
That remark could only come from someone clued into the annual cold-weather gaslighting stunt that has defrauded me nearly every year. Even the street muscle morons are clued into what’s happening at home to the targets of their extrajudicial, law enforcement and military contractor coordinated Gestapo.
Rather than engage in useless conversation with a sadistic bigot, I simply repeated a refrain that’s become standard issue under these circumstances:
“I’ve got a message for your team leader: Civil Rights Division, U.S. Department of Justice.”
“What’s THAT supposed to mean?” the gangstalking goon snarled.
“Ask your team leader – he’ll explain.”

Just like the way the US Domestic Gestapo kills slowly by using low but persistent doses of ELF, etc, rays, the AmeriGestapo bleeds the victims financially through sabotage, theft, and ploys (including slander) that prevent the victim from publishing books or otherwise earning a living. The Domsetic Gestapo creates illness in its victims as well (got to keep those folks at Fort Dietrich happy that their hard biowork is being used). Which agency sits at the head of the fusion center persecution/torture matrix? The administration of the persecution is shared among various federal, state and local agencies and commands, civilian and military. But some entity apparently is the first among equals in the hierachy of the domestic torture matrix. Which one? That appears to be a state secret, and it does no service to speculate as to the identity of that agency.

The Lockheed Martin/MAGLOCLEN RISS Fusion Center black ops Gestapo has sabotaged my home heating and electrical systems many times in the past. I discovered that the electrical voltage into my house was off norm by as many as eight volts. When I called out the torture matrix about this, the voltage returned to the 120 v. norm. Last winter, one of our two heating zones was disabled. When I called them out, the heat went back on. In past years, we incurred apparently needless service call bills, hundreds of dollars spent unncessarily. Now, with tempertures dropping and snow in the forecast, we have no heat on the first level of our house. I have reason to believe that surveillance of Lockheed Martin/MAGLOCLEN RISS would reveal a sick and depraved conspiracy to sabotage our home systems -- a form of physical and psychological TORTURE. I am asking good people on the inside to put a stop to this official sociopathy. Thank you in advance for your immediate intercession.
UPDATE: 5:52pm I have checked the thermostat and there is power coming to the circuit. The pilot light is lit in the boiler. But the motor will not come on. I have determined in the past that the motor is being controlled not only by the two thermostats, but is wired in such a way that a remote switch can turn the heat zones on or off. IT IS APPARENT THAT THIS SYSTEM IS BEING CONTROLLED EXTERNALLY AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY THE FIRST FLOOR HEAT ZONE NOT TURN ON.
This is a form of EXTORTION -- forcing me to call for service, when, in fact, there is NOTHING WRONG with the system. Who profits from this? Freon is an odorless gas and could only be detected by smell if in significant quantities in a closed environment- but since it's also an oxygen displacer you'll be dead before that point. Roughly speaking that is, I was once keeping track of the ones I spotted or revealed, once they passed 100 it became pointless to keep track. I wouldn't care except many were found to be intentional and he continued after being shown evidence to the contrary, that's a whole 'nother ball game than being dumb or just mistaken.

Agreed. Scalar electromagnetic waves and microwaves are EMF. So are ELF (extreme low frequency waves). I might agreed with you on the "mispresented to local police as surveillance" statement if there wasn't any associated gangstalking activities. The COVER STORY is misrepresented as "surveillance." This is an offensive weapon system that tortures, impairs, slow-kills, and yes, the cops know it. So did the nurse at a nursing home in Wilmington DE whom I believe murdered my mother. She would taunt me with her knowledge of electromagnetic attack -- when she wasn't ODing mom with full face mask administration of Albuterol nebulizer, which turned mom into a vegetable and, I believe, killed her via oxygen insufficency. If some responsible law enforcement agency would investigate the staff's murder of patients at this nursing home, I'd supply a sworn affadavit. I did initiate a state investigation that found improper use of phramacologicals and imporper procedures. Did the FBI or FDA or some other agency follow up to determine if there was criminality? Apparently, fed agencies are too busy trying to destroy people such as I. As far as the locals, the Delaware State Police were totally non-responsive when I reported in person that my mother was being starved to death and administered contraindicated drugs. DSP appears to be part of the problem...

It seems that I hear a repetitive theme coming from stalkers. Many of them claim that the main coordination for the global surveillance system comes from some place in south Florida. mr. vic, i am not cruely sadistically sending any subliminal message. You read into things too much sometimes. I understand though that the DHS is controlled by Russian and Euro elite. The patriot act was written by Chertoff, a Russian... and who directs Napoletano? It's scary when you consider they are slowly taking over all of our airports and borders, now they are taking over security on the busses. A armed DHS recently jumped on a bus and pulled me off to question me and take down my biometrics info, writing down notes about my moles and freckles, etc. I agree there is a network of masonic, illuminati (I usually avoid that word) syndicates granted safe harbor in USG agencies. how's that? I understand Chertoff wrote the Patriot Act.. I haven't looked into it that much, but that does suggest there is some foreign influence on the DHS and Fusion Centers. Am I a LMIS cybersecurity agent?? If you say so. Pretty much everyone who posts here is a sadistic cyber frat nazi.... I guess. But fusion centers do target others besides 1 journo in Philly. Once again, this journalist has no heat on the first floor of his residence. On Monday, I had no heat until my wife came home in late afternoon, when the heat magically started to work again, with no changes or adjustments to the system. By a preponderance of evidence, I have determined that I am being subject to so-called "cold room torture," the apparent work of a heinous fusion center persecution matrix administered by Lockheed Martin.
Local heating contractors profit from this official persecution when victims call for often unncessary service. My house continues to be surreptitiously entered while we are kept "under" by covert electromagnetic attack from the U.S. cell tower radio frequency directed energy weapon system, the existence of which I exposed two years ago. I have been victimized each cold weather season for years, to the tune of hundreds of dollars a year. Local police have refused my pleas for a hate crimes investigation, and it appears that some law enforcement officers are actively involved in hate-motivated vigilante community "gang stalking" black operations coordinated by military contractor Lockheed Martin.
