JOURNO SEEKS FED COURT ORDER TO HALT U.S. GOV'T MICROWAVE TORTURE

Veteran print and TV journalist Vic Livingston of Bucks County, PA is seeking an emergency restraining order in Federal District Court in Philadelphia to stop the MAGLOCLEN-RISS mid-Atlantic states fusion center and its security, intelligence and law enforcement affiliates -- including defense contractor Lockheed Martin -- from assaulting any human being with classified microwave radio frequency weapons, including a classified weapon system installed on cell towers throughout America.

This "directed energy" weapon system uses Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) systems, cellphones, and GPS-equipped video surveillance systems to obtain targeting coordinates. Last Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. declared unconstitutional the warrantless, extended use of such systems to track suspects or targets of law enforcement.

"This same fusion center Gestapo is intercepting my telephone calls, emails, and tampering with and censoring my internet connection," Livingston maintains. "I am urgently putting out a plea for a civil rights attorney to file a temporary restraining order on my behalf -- and also on behalf of any person subject to assault and impairment by this covert weapon system, or other forms of electromagnetic devices."
Livingston, who describes himself as an "extrajudicially and unjustly targeted persecution victim," reports that his health, vision, hearing and his ability to function at optimum level have been significantly impaired or degraded by more than six years of continuous electromagnetic attack. He says appeals to federal and local law enforcement for assistance have proven futile.
Livingston says he has received few telephone calls or emails from those he has attempted to contact for help.
"Therefore, I am urgently requesting that a filing be made on my behalf until such time as I can formally engage legal counsel to file a class action lawsuit aimed at stopping this heinous fusion center torture matrix once and for all."

Starting about noon today, the MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center torturers and their defense contractor electromagnetic slow-kill executioners began to gradually "up the amplitude." First, a feeling of malaise, discomfort, a brain fog, descended upon me. By mid-afternoon, I was overcome with that disturbingly familiar sense of overwhelming fatigue and weakness, so profound that I was literally driven to my knees.
I fought to stay awake; I could not stop yawning. Finally, despite struggling to remain conscious, I was literally put under on my couch. This was nearly two hours ago. If community stalkers had entered my home to wreck more havoc, do more vandalism, I would have never heard them. I was out cold. Indeed, I suspect that the fusion center Nazis use their weapon to incapacitate targets for the very purpose of such home intrusions, the signs of which I continue to frequently see.
At about 4:45, I awoke, weak and groggy. My ears are STILL ringing, nearly an hour later. I again realized that a big chunk of the day was stolen from me -- by way of TORTUROUS ASSAULT WITH A CLASSIFIED U.S. GOVERNMENT MICROWAVE RADIO FREQUENCY WEAPON SYSTEM -- the ubiquitous cell tower- mounted system I have exposed as a means of domestic torture in this article, first published last December:

I had planned to make inquiries today about my effort to obtain a federal restraining order against MAGLOCLEN-RISS, Lockheed Martin, and the culpable partners of the multi-agency fusion center network. That must wait until Monday.

The sick, sadistic, homicidal personnel of the MAGLOCLEN-RISS fusion center in Newtown, Bucks County, PA (which covers many mid-Atlantic states) and its "information systems" defense contractor operatives manning the computer consoles will not stand down, they will not cease and desist. They are invested in their torture protocol. And they continue their silent assaults on extra-legally, unjustly targeted Americans, including this journalist.
Once again, I was literally put to sleep by constant precision-aimed microwave radio frequency irradiation this morning, approximately between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Again, I tried to force myself to stay awake in the face of constant involuntary yawning and an overwhelming feeling of extreme weakness and fatigue. When I awoke, feeling spent, at about 1 p.m., my ears were ringing incessantly with a high-pitched tone. This ear-ringing is a common symptom of microwave irradiation.
THIS IS TORTURE. THIS IS FELONIOUS ASSAULT. THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THIS TORTURE EMANATES FROM THE MAGLOCLEN-RISS FUSION CENTER AND ITS WAR CRIMINAL MANAGEMENT AND CONTRACTORS.

Meanwhile, I continue to be stalked and terrorized by GPS-equipped community "watch" vigilantes everywhere I go -- and signs of home intrusion continue to show up with disturbing frequency. My gassing with insecticide, which was placed inside our clothes dryer, has gone uninvestigated -- a call to the local police went unanswered. I believe the criminal fusion center operation may have diverted the call, or kept my urgent message from reaching the police chief.
Federal agents or local authorities apparently instructed a local Honda dealer to sell us a car equipped with a GPS device that I cannot disable -- but which fusion center operatives apparently used to disable our vehicle in a "psy op" staged at Philadelphia International Airport in April. (I wrote about this in a comment to an earlier article.)
And a community goon squaders continue to attempt to provoke contrived incidents, using local police as their witting or unwitting pawns. I have reported this activity to federal authorities more than once. And it goes on.

Much of the day yesterday, Sunday, Aug. 16th, I was laid low, extreme weakness and fatigue caused by near-constant microwave/radio frequency irradiation.

Once again this Monday, I am being ELECTROMAGNETICALLY INCAPACITATED BY FEDERAL AND LOCAL WAR CRIMINAL OFFICIALS AND THEIR 'INFORMATION SYSTEMS' DEFENSE CONTRACTOR IN NEWTOWN, PA AND BETHESDA, MD.
From about 10 a.m. until about 12:30 p.m., just a few moments ago, I have been irradiated with microwave-delivered radio frequencies that induced a heavy fatigue, extreme weakness. pounding headache and ringing in the ears. The induced weakness caused me to literally collapse at my seat. When I moved to a chair, fighting to stay awake, I fell into a deep but restless sleep.
This torture and impairment incapacitated me all weekend, and was punctuated by sharp, piercing periodic attacks to my right front forehead -- the target of choice for these slow-kill war criminal murderers, who appear to be trying to induce a brain attack (stroke) or permanent impairment.
THIS ELECTROMAGNETIC ASSAULT, TORTURE AND ENSLAVEMENT HAS KEPT ME FROM WORKING OR LEADING A HEALTHY, PRODUCTIVE LIFE FOR MORE THAN SIX YEARS.

Obama has just signed into law the hiring of 1000 more border police and the use of predatory drones that can kill people at the push of a button from some pyschopath "defense" contractor at the console of a computer located in Florida. Obama has given us more militarization of the domestic US. Will these police protect the US or will they add to the power of the burgeoning Domestic Gestapo? The borders need protection -- but not while the US is already under virtual lock down by the Virtual Buchenwald microwave tower system. The US needs to save itself from the coming economic meltdown by rolling back Bush's egregiously expensive end run around FBI, the Dept of Homeland Security and rolling back Obama's socialized medicine -- the ultimate invasion of personal privacy by Big Brother. This is not tinnitus caused by background microwave. This is sudden, piercing, penetrating, painful ASSAULT WITH A MICROWAVE WEAPON, which happens to be sited on cell towers everywhere in America.
Disinfo efforts to explain away symptoms of felonious assault and torture will not wash. Not this time. Can the probie- grade psy ops here get any more lame and transparent?

Sure, I just did a little feasibility study on your reports about the capabilities of the cell tower torture system. All of the assault symptoms you report could be easily explained by radiation bursts from the towers - symptoms including buzzing in the head, tinnitus, palpitations of the heart, lightheadedness, anxiety, shortness of breath, nervousness, agitation, headache, muscle fatigue, pain, and dizziness, heat sensation, depression, sleep disturbances - and more. And those are only the symptoms reported before taking into account any type of targeting system that might be installed on the towers to precisely "aim" the microwave radiation. If the radiation can make one specific cell phone in the world ring - it only makes sense that the radiation can be aimed to torture one specific person. Sure, I think you got the felonious guts of this cell tower torture system all figured out.

Do you have any ****ing clue about how a coded transceiver works? Obviously not. When you are in an area of coverage your cell provider's equipment sends "pings" in the cell your cell phone is in, it returns them to confirm its location to a cell. When it rings, it's because it sends a signal with modulated coding unique to your phone, and that signal blankets the entire cell. It is not "precion targeted" by any means nor is there enough "radiation" to power the ringer, that is done by the battery and speaker of the phone.
The biological effects you describe are possible with exposure to high levels of microwave power, but the majority of cell towers do NOT have that kind of power output. (some of the larger cell sites in remote areas for long range coverage could, in theory- if you climbed the tower and put yourself in front of the antenna)
However those effects are not "immediate" as Vic describes. They take days, weeks and months, not seconds.
Let me just say you can believe what you like about the ignorance Vic presents here, but the only audience you will impress by repeating it will be children and fools. Should we get into legal action against the people doing this I cringe at the thought of TI's taking the stand to relate their accounts and their technical info came from attention whores like Vic. We will see any chance at retribution disappear as soon as the defense puts an expert on the stand who got through the first week of RF technology in college.

I'm sorry, what weapon is it that causes "piercing, penetrating, sudden pain" with microwaves?
The only one in existence that can be confirmed is Raytheon's Active Denial System, and it causes instant pain by heating the microscopically thin layer of moisture at the surface of skin near your pain sensors. To heat any more tissue than that thin layer would require absurd levels of power, and still would take a long time.
Ever try to microwave a pop tart? Takes just a few seconds because it's thin.
Now put a turkey in the microwave. What's that take, a half hour or so?
Vic's head is the turkey, figuritively and literally. It is preposterous to claim he gets a headache instantly from microwave radiation, especially at a distance as distance attenuates microwave power.

there are a lot more directed energy products made by defense suppliers than just Raytheon's active denial system. There are satellite based DEW's. The technology exists to track a person without a cell phone and without a chip. bio coding... scientists a lot smarter than i are on record with this and with a background in this industry.

Well since you are thus implying you passed, you should have no trouble describing the band of the electromagnetic frequency spectrum utilized by said weapons system, and describe how it stores, generates and transforms its power to project the enormous levels of energy which would be able to reach earth with the signal attenuation inherent to such distance.
What alien civilization are they outsourcing the vendor from for such astronomically minute resolution servos for the aiming section of the output antenna, that precision targets Vic's front forehead from that kind of range- and on that subject, Mr. Wizard, what type of orbit are these satellites in, determination of which places them between a MINIMUM of about 120 miles in altitude, and as high as 25,000 miles? The capability for an aiming servo to resolve that minute of a positioning difference is probably 100 years away from human technology.
But don't take my word for it, I dropped out of high school after 11th grade and joined the Navy.

Hey "Rocket Scientist" -- This is scalar wave electromagnetics, It's still not taught in physics departments worldwide. Why? Because there's been a global effort to suppress this science since the days of Tesla, whose Tesla coil was the first practical electrically-charged mobius coil to generate powerful electromagnetic particle wave pulsed bursts extracted from a vacuum state. I recently talked (in person, not over my hacked and intercepted phone line) to a physics professor who teaches at a major California university. He was familiar with the science, but confirmed that it is not taught at his institution because it has traditionally been regarded as unproven theory. That is the Big Lie that has kept this technology from being used for the purpose of good -- such as a limitless source of "free" energy. The physics faculty member said he would raise the subject of scalar wave electromagnetics at an upcoming faculty meeting.
If you weren't just another paid computer perp on the public dole, you might actually be interested in doing your own research on this...

Why haven't you explained why the sole invention of the Raytheon patent you often cite makes almost all of your "reporting" about additional targeting apparatus complete lies?

I have long said that my greatest silent allies are my local good guy cops who now realize the fusion center Nazis and their community watch "team leaders" have usurped local police powers, treating sworn officers as their pawns and stooges in an ideology- and hate-driven purge of American society.
But when will some local police chief stand with me PUBLICLY, using his real name and the full suasion of his position, and in so doing become a national hero who helps restore the rule of law and constitutional rights in the United States of America?
I find it hard to believe that among the ranks of police chiefs nationwide, NOT A SINGLE CHIEF HAS RAISED HIS/HER VOICE TO CONDEMN THIS FUSION CENTER GESTAPO REGIME.

Vic you've claimed virtually every local state and federal law enforcement agency is complicit. Why are you now instead claiming surprise they will not buy into your complete bullshyte and condemn the operations of this fusion center, for which you have not an iota of proof they are involved?

If anyone needed more proof that battyvette is not a TI, his request to Vic for specific info about what the local police knows is it. All TIs know exactly the role of local police, that is, the local "liaisons" to the Torture Matrix make no secret to TIs of their participation in the Torture Matrix. The Matrix often goes by the misnomer Cops on Patrol, Citizens Watch, Anti-Terrorist Network, etc -- some phony, whitewash of a name that can fool John Q. Gullible.
