It was just speculation on my part that my observation of two men setting up an antenna rig on an RV-type vehicle parked at an overlook along Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park on September 9th, 2001 may have had something to do with the flight path of one of the planes that was headed to the twin towers. 

And when I wrote about my observations a few years ago, about how I contacted the FBI with my suspicions in the wake of 9/11, my blog comment was DISAPPEARED -- making me even MORE suspicious. But that was just suspicion; I could not establish a "cause-effect" relationship between what I had seen all those years ago and the apparent military contractor real-time censorship that I continue to experience every day that I try to publish my work:

Now, nearly twelve years later, I am left to wonder:  Could this incident explain why I've been hit so hard nearly every day, every hour, with "directed energy weapon" torture, impairment, causing physical debilitation, leaving me writhing in pain for literally years, causing cataracts in both eyes, rendering me insensate for a period of years, unable to earn a living?  

It's as good an explanation as any.   Or perhaps it's enough to be extrajudicially targeted for torture just because of my ethnic background.  But it's more likely that some powerful entity set out to destroy my career as well as my health due to another overriding factor -- such as seeing and writing about things that evil players in a psychopathic Security Cult seek to keep hidden from the American people.

And exactly what roused my suspicions of the men setting up an antenna rig on that Sunday afternoon two days before 9/11, on an overlook at Shenandoah?  I thought it so odd that I just had to ask them what they were doing.  As a veteran journalist, I am never really on vacation; that's what I do.

The two men immediately informed me that they were engaged in an "amateur radio competition." They also may have used the term "ham radio."  


The explanation seemed incredible to me, in the literal sense.  If they had said they were adjusting a TV antenna (this was back when you still could receive TV in a moving vehicle), I wouldn't have given it a second thought. But after 9/11, when I read in the newspaper that one of the planes took a flight path over that area of Northern Virginia, the memory haunted me.  


That very same day, my wife and I observed another strange vehicle as it pulled into another overlook -- this one a white mini-van bearing Virginia plates, with an Enterprise Rent-A-Car logo bumper sticker.  Its presence was announced by the loud blaring of what sounded like Arabic music, emanating from the vehicle's sound system.  The passengers included at least two men and at least one woman.  The van rolled to a stop and the passengers got out as I stood there, staring and wondering what all the loud music was about.   One of the men, smartly attired in grayish slacks, got out of the van.  Our eyes locked; I said nothing.  I remarked to my wife that I thought there was something funny about the scene, the loud music, as if the occupants of the van were celebrating a special occasion.  My wife said that's probably just what they were doing, enjoying the scenery.


So I forgot about the van-full of Arabic looking people  -- until two days later, as news reports about 9/11 began to filter in.  I took special note of a report that one of the alleged hijackers apparently had driven north from Virginia along Interstate 95 shortly before 9/11, and apparently had been stopped for speeding.  I remember wondering aloud if he was among the people we saw on that Sunday afternoon in Shenandoah. 


So about a week or two after 9/11, I reported what I saw on an FBI website taking "tips" on 9/11.  I did so anonymously (as if that's possible), because I didn't want to make a big deal out of what may have been nothing at all. 



Now I wonder whether what I saw that weekend in Shenandoah less than two days before the morning of 9/11 has anything to do with my decade of electromagnetic assault, torture, impairment and subjugation, daily attacks that became palpable in 2003, and intensified starting in March 2004.  Since then, my brain, eyeballs, privates, every part of my body has been electromagnetically assaulted, tortured -- FRIED -- heinous torture that continues to this very day.


Will I ever know for sure?  Probably not.   It could be that just being a member of an ethnic minority group, or an aggressive journalist who asks "too many questions,"  is enough to get an American citizen targeted by the Security Cult for persecution "with extreme prejudice."  I have called what's happening in America these days a "genocide," after all.  

Nonetheless,  I feel compelled to recount in this space my Shenandoah encounter with the supposed ham radio "enthusiasts."  One reason why:  It is patently obvious that "men in black" have been building a false profile of this journalist for years, slandering me to local law enforcement and right on down the line to my neighbors, even members of my family.  


Because apparently, that is what THEY do -- with YOUR taxpayer dollars.

6pm  As I completed this article for publication at VicLivingston.blogspot.com and prepared to upload it to the web, I was hit by a vicious, precision-targeted radio frequency weapon attack to the brain, inducing extreme "head in vise" pounding head pain, feeling as though my skull was about to explode, accompanied by severe ear-ringing, burning earlobes and overwhelming weakness.  It is apparent that the cyberNazi war criminals administering these high-tech assaults believe they can control and/or modify human behavior via torture -- or slow-kill those who do not comply via the induction of injury or disease, such as stroke, aneurysm or cancer.   These are the acts of DEPRAVED CRIMINALS UNDER U.S. GOVERNMENT COMMAND AND CONTROL.



4:18am  -- Awoke to severe, pounding, head in vise head pain, severe ear-ringing pain, from covert, precision-targeted  RF weapon attack that also may have been used to induce subaural suggestion leading to disturbing dream.  Attack ebbed only after plea for relief via telephonic communication.  Later, @7am,discovered clear signs of another home intrusion; appliance in kitchen that was intact last night found partly dissembled.  
Tues., Jan 22:

9:28-9:35pm  PIERCING, head in vise pain, extreme ear-ringing, sudden onset just after comment to Facebook page of Salon.com in support of those who believe that the government's 9/11 account is false and scientifically impossible.  These cyberNazi operatives and their USG overlords believe that those who do not buy their propaganda are like Pavlov's dogs and can be tortured into submission.

7:30-8pm  FORCE-SLEEPED ("Joe Biden Syndrome") via RF weapon "neuromodulation" attack precision-tuned to brain frequencies, rendering me unconscious.  Awoke to severe ear-ringing pain and overwhelming fatigue. 

3:30pm-5pm  Rendered insensate, overwhelming fatigue, unable to focus or think, due to low-amplitude RF weapon attack.  Attack stopped only after I issued a plea for help via telephone.

Awoke this a.m. to ear-ringing pain, fatigue, sign of overnight attack.   Signs in house that an intruder had entered and moved around objects in personal living quarters.  These attacks enable vandalism, financial sabotage and I.D. theft. This happens virtually every night.   Targets cannot awaken from these attacks precision-tuned to their brain waves, the data having been harvested from medical test reports.

ONLY AN ENFORCEMENT ACTION BY THE U.S. JUSTICE DEPT. CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION AGAINST LOCKHEED MARTIN, ITS USG OVERLORDS AND THE AGENCIES AND COMMANDS OF THE FUSION CENTER NETWORK, INCLUDING FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, CAN RESTORE THE RULE OF LAW.
