JuD becomes 'Tehreek-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool' to evade UN sanctions

Goverment or any international watch dog banns any organisation for any illegal activity, and thay change there name and start operating again.Is is so simple to change name and operation again?
Then what is the use of banning just names, atleast these terror organisation are not bothered about trademark and copyrlght issue.
The action , that has been taken in Isreal against Hamas and LTTE in Srilanka is the only possible route to eliminate these organisations.
JuD, the group that had taken the resposibility of Mumbai blast, that killed more than 200 people,has changed it name, and living freely.
With Jamaat-ud-Dawa (JuD) assuming a new name to evade UN sanctions, India on Friday said Pakistan government has the responsibility of acting against the outfit even if it changes its nomenclature or form.
Underscoring that JuD has been banned by the UN, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee said the world community should take appropriate action if Pakistan fails to comply with its international commitments and conventions.
"When LeT (Lashkar-e-Taiba) was banned, it came up as JuD. Now it has been banned. It (JuD) might have taken another name.... This is the pattern we have noticed in Pakistan," Mukherjee told reporters here.
"It is the responsibility of Pakistan government to stop activities of these banned organisations in any form, in any name, in any shape," he said.
Mukherjee's remarks came on the move by JuD to rename itself as 'Tehreek-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool' (Movement for defending the honour of God) to avoid restrictions which Pakistan could be forced to impose on it because of UNSC sanctions in the wake of the Mumbai attacks.
Mukherjee pointed out that Pakistan is a party to various international conventions, including SAARC Convention against terrorism of 1987 and the special protocol of 2004 of SAARC countries. Mukherjee said if Pakistan does not comply with the UNSC ban, it is for the international community to "take appropriate action".
He said India has asked Pakistan to fulfill these commitments and take action against terror groups and bring to book perpetrators of November 26 attacks.

What did you write yourself justifies Israeli aggression against unarmed Palestinians. Where did JuD accept responsibility for Mumbai attacks? Undoubtedly, the US, Israel and India are the same and one, wanting to eliminate Muslims. But keep in mind that it would never happen because if the Muslims could not be eliminated by non-Muslims for the past 1400 years, how can they do it now.

India is a peace loving country. There are more muslims in india than in pakistan. JuD is a militant organization & india has proof for this. JuD=Lashkar-e-tayeeba. Dont talk if u dont know anything. Islam will surely get destroyed if you guys continue to do this bull**it stuffs. Your ALLAh tells you to kill peoples who dont believe in allah? Our God says "Live, Let live". Christianity also says the same as our Lord. Your religion is completed different. Understand the fact. Ajmal Amir Kasab's father said he is a pakistani. But pakistan defends he is not. before joining Jihad, big shots like Zakhiur Rehman promises lot of things, but later they fail to fullfil it. For some one lakh rupees, you guys take up Guns to kill the people? Its shame on the guys who r killing in the name of allah & religion. Does a terrorist know that the person whom he is shooting is a hindu, muslim or christian? No, they kill innocents. Remember this, Pakistan sponsors militancy may be not directly (not to say this) but knows that militants stay in their country. Pakistan has become a puppet in hands of big shots like Dawood, Hafiz Saeed & all bloody militant organizations only ruling your country. I dont know how you people in pakistan survive with these militants. Probably because your mind has been set to see the blood. Ya right, coz allah loves blood.
