Judge cuts US dog's $12m legacy by flight737

What a news today? A dog worth $12m?, apparantly it is the truth in New York. Leona Helmsley who left her dog an inheritance of $12m is having her will changed by relatives because they believe it was a funny will and it looks like the Manhattan Surrogate Judge Renne Roth is buying it. He has agreed to slash $10m off the dog's $12m inheritance given by its real estate billionair Leona Helmsley. In this case no one win's not the dog or the relatives who were hoping the $10m slash will be in their favour. The money is apparantly going to Mrs Helmsley's charitable fundation. Mrs Helmsley who died last August aged 87 was dubbed the "Queen of Mean" during a trial in 1989 for tax evasion. During that trail an ex-housekeeper testified that she heard her say "we don't pay taxes. Only the little people pay taxes" but this was something she denied saying.

Mrs Helmsley had everything worked but it looks like it has to be overturned afterall.
