ORANGE COUNTY, Fla.  A grand jury has issued a sealed murder indictment in the disappearance of 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

Prosecutors did not immediately release the name of the indicted suspect, saying the person has not been arrested yet. They also asked that bond be revoked. According to the Associated Press the sealed indictment is a murder charge.

Judge Belvin Perry granted both motions.

Casey Anthony waited Tuesday more than a dozen miles away. Her attorney says she would turn herself in if she is the person indicted.

Anthony, 22, has been called by investigators a suspect in her daughter's disappearance, but so far has only been charged with child neglect, lying to investigators and some unrelated fraud and theft counts.

Casey Anthony's father, George, testified behind closed doors to the grand jury along with a detective and an FBI agent.

Shortly before the announcement Casey Anthony was handed off to an unknown person or persons. While in route from her attorney’s office with her mother, Cindy Anthony, Anthony stopped the vehicle under a bridge near Boggy Creek road in south Orange County near an SUV.

If Casey is convicted of first degree murder, she could face the death penalty or life in prison. Prosecutors said no decision has been made on whether to seek the death penalty.

The panel of 19 jurors believed that FBI results, evidence and testimony from several members of law enforcement and other witnesses was enough to charge Casey with the death of her daughter, Caylee.

The news came just a few short hours after Casey's attorney Jose Baez held a press conference at his Kissimmee law office.

Jail officials said Casey spent the night inside the Female Detention Facility at the Orange County Jail where she was previously incarcerated.

Casey is being held in "Protective Custody Level One" in a cell by herself without any other inmate contact.  She is not eligible for bond.

Judge rules 2 of Anthony's legal motions now moot

5:25 p.m. A judge ruled today that two of Casey Anthony's legal motions are moot now that she has been arrested on a murder charge.

Orange Circuit Judge Stan Strickland tossed out Anthony's motions to seal documents and allow her to travel. Anthony was arrested Tuesday on several charges including first-degree murder in the death of her toddler, Caylee. The child was reported missing three months ago.

Strickland has not yet ruled on a motion to preserve forensic evidence or a request for him to consider additional testing of evidence.

There is a 400 ft. WELL on Boggy Creek Road.

I looked up Boggy Creek Road and found that there is an unused 400 ft. WELL right there just off the road.  WELL CHARACTERISTICS.--Drilled, unused, observation well, diameter 4 in., depth 400 ft, cased to 199 ft.

Please find the link below.

Maybe Casey Anthony disposed of the missing toddlers remains (Caylee Anthony) down the well there.

I used to live in Kissimmee and drove by Boggy Creek Road every day to and from work.  While not as isolated as would be ideal for the purpose of disposing a body ... the 400 ft. WELL would make the effort worth a try as a WELL would be an ideal place to dispose of a small body.

Considering the reported sighting of Casey Anthony on Boggy Creek Road, at that site and close to the proximity of that well.

Also consider that her lawyer just happend to be located in Kissimmee.

I have donated $$ to Tim Miller (EQ SEARCH) to help in this search.  I hope CNN and all the other news media outlets, and the public at large will consider doing the same.
