Judge rejects civil rights suit filed by 2 police officers

The ruling by Judge William Young on Tuesday came in the case brought by police Lt. Francis Wohlgemuth and retired police Lt. David Chamberlin, who alleged that there was a hostile work environment in a department divided by in-fighting, politics and criminal charges.
