Judge Smut Rent Boy Shame Of Judge Gerald Price QC "Living a Lie"

A British senior judge is being investigated by the Ministry of Justice after UK newspaper the News of the World revealed his association with a 25-year-old 'rent boy' - a male prostitute.

Judge Gerald Price QC is just the latest in a long history of high court judges that spend their days jailing others for prostitution and sexual crimes whilst being themselves enmeshed in sordid sex scandals of their own. Judge Price is the epitome of Judge Smut the pervert judge featured in the 80's post-punk song of the same name.

It's not the sex, gay or otherwise, that's the main cause for concern but the fact that when in the depths of hidden pleasure judges might share court secrets or open themselves up to blackmail which when you're a court judge can lead to big big problems.

Judge Gerald Price QC, 60, was so besotted with 25-year-old Christopher Williams he set him up with a FLAT, paid him a monthly ALLOWANCE and let him sit on the bench in court as he presided over TRIALS.

Williams said: "His business is truth but he's been living a lie."

The judge is under investigation by The Ministry of Justice today after the News of the World discovered he risked his marriage and his career for a passionate affair with the male prostitute.

I think all sex cases he presided over since sept 08,should be reviewed and all harsh sentences looked at again!

Prostitution is not illegal in the UK, so I'm not sure what the problem here is.... there's nothing illegal about this, and judges are allowed to have a sex life, even if most of us might not find them sexy!

This particular Judge is one of those that has himself made many 'moral' comments in his summings up etc - setting aside the fact that he let his rent-boy friend have access to court papers etc

Ah! See... the article doesn't talk about his hypocrisy (again, not necessarily a crime)... it just implies he's bad because he has a gay relationship and used the services of a rent boy.
