JURORB29 EVIDENCES ZIMMERMAN JURORS DID NOT KNOW THE LAW
George Zimmerman's jury did not follow the law - because they did not know what the law is! And that was the design of this case. To infuse the jurors with racism, by telling them a story about a white female in distress, and then calling her the "face" of the case, namely, informing a jury of practically all white females, that the case is about protecting white women, like them. Then showing Trayvon, his upper body naked, with false gold teeth in his mouth, namely, someone they needed to be protected from. Finally, inappropriately interjecting "stand your ground" into the jury instructions, when it wasn't an issue in the case; and you end up with a juror who thinks that there was no evidence that George Zimmerman intentionally killed Trayvon Martin...
According to JurorB29 "as the law was read to me, if you have no proof that he killed him intentionally, you can't say he's guilty." When the facts are THEY HAD PLENTY OF EVIDENCE THAT ZIMMERMAN KILLED TRAYVON INTENTIONALLY!!!!
Zimmerman admitted that he pulled his gun, took aim, taking care not to shoot his own hand, as he intentionally shot Trayvon Martin. But his defense was he did it in self defense.
At the the end of the evidence, the Prosecution demonstrated that George Zimmerman could not have accessed his gun, under the conditions he described. That means, it did not happen. That means, HIS DEFENSE FAILS!!! That means, he intentionally killed Trayvon Martin WITHOUT THE EXCUSE OF SELF DEFENSE, hence, Juror B37 got it right the first time, he's guilty of second degree murder.
But we should not blame these jurors, with the possible exception of JurorB37, who may have been a willing accomplice or perpetrator of some scheme, as for the rest, they were pawns in the hands of some very shrewd and deceptive people,
We should ask ourselves what is it about our Nation, that would have a significant number of our people, intent on defending a man who tracked down a boy and shot him dead, for no good reason... I would submit it is because he is a symbol of something that many Americans want to defend, the underlying belief that drives racist behavior, set out by Chief Justice Chaney, in the Dred Scott Decision, a Diasporan "has no right that a white man is bound to respect." Putting George Zimmerman in jail would mean that he was bound to respect Trayvon Martin's right to his life.
