The Deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry Will Assume Charge As Chief Justice Of Pakistan On Sunday, 22nd March 2009. The Current Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar Retires On Saturday, 21st March 2009.
The Deposed Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry Was Removed From Service By Former President Pervez Musharraf On Friday, 9th March 2007, Sparking A Wave Of Protest That Led To His Resignation From His Office On Monday, 18th August 2008.

Sir i have a problem here in karachi. that i have purchaes a shop in FREE PORT SHOPPING MALL (MAIN TARIQ ROAD KARACHI )4-YEARS back. and the builder had lease in my name like others .In this project there are 50 to 60 lease holder 7 to 8 shop owner has take possesion and the others didnt take possessin like me. now the another man comes in screen and claiming the ownership and put the guard in main gate and lock the door result no one can enter the market.when i gone to see my shop the guard told me case in high court karachi. now all the owner of shops who has lease papers in full of problems and tens.I am apeeling you to please help us to solve this tensionful problems.

hey sir, sir i faced alot of problems in pakistan as i m semi british n me n my sister and my mother sufferd in crulty by my step brother n father they caught my legal properties n took stay on it i hav very limited time to proceed this situation n me n my family is on road the judge is not present on duty as her name is aisha tariq judge of civil court n according to the british law i hav to go next month in uk n how could i left my sister n mother on road i hope u will help me out soon plz take action plz i beg of u plz thank you soooo much plz
