Justin Alesna Made a YouTube Video After He Was Attacked at a Gas Station and Multiple People Refused to Help Him

Justin Alesna, 23, entered a Detroit gas station on March 7 to buy cigarettes, and was attacked in a hate crime that left him with a fractured skull.

He was attacked by someone he didn't know, and is taking a stand and speaking out to let everyone know what happened.

He apparently stood too close to the guy in front of him, and then after he moved back, the man still wouldn't leave him alone, calling him a 'fu*king faggot', among other names.

Alesna bought his cigarettes, then made it to the door, where the guy confronted him and flashed a gun, and kept asking him if he was gay.

The man then punched Alesna twice, who then threw the guy to the ground and put him in a headlock and asked the clerk to call the police. The clerk however did not, and just told the attacker to 'kill it' because he didn't have time to clean up the mess.

Alesna said the amount of cruelty done to him during this altercation was appalling. He said the other people in the store did nothing except look and laugh during this altercation. He says in the video he cannot understand why this was done to him and why this happened.

He references the seven suicides late last year of the young gay men who could not deal with being bullied for their sexual orientation.

Alesna has a shattered eye socket, and now has to see a reconstructive surgeon to see if he can get his face fixed.

He says 'the hate stops now, at least it should stop now.'

Check out his video below, it contains some explicit language.
