It appears that the Massachusetts court system is being challenged once again by those same law room geeks that try to prove the clerks and police in this state have no background or understanding of the legal system.  It appears that the law schools in the Boston area have maintained for many years that they are the top schools in the nation. But how can they be any better than some of the other schools in states where this doesn't happen?  How can a person in the state of Massachusetts be prosecuted for crimes that have no evidence?  The lady who received this information never received the complaints or the reason that the school was prosecuting her in a criminal court in the campus Financial Aid offices.  It appears that Patrick Day Vice Chancellor took her into a room with her sister and proceeded to interrogate on issues she had no previous knowledge about nor given anything in writing to bring to an attorney.  His side kick Terry Evette ( who is from Atlanta and works for President Obama ) typed up the letter and sent it by email to the accused college student from UMass Boston Student Affairs.  The woman is a college student trying to get her Bachelor's in Nursing and in Psychology and has now been interrupted because they do not want her in school at the same time as Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Miley Cyrus and some of the other members of this Universal music family.  It appears that the woman sent an email to the police regarding Financial Aid money that was missing and a stalker online who was harassing her.  When she did not hear back from the police she heard back from a guy named Mark Jannoni who titles himself as Associate Dean of Students.  However, the Director of the Student Affairs had this position previously and she was named Shelby Harris.  Lot's more investigation needed.  Anyone have a photo of Mark Jannoni? Or know how to reach Chancellor J. Keith Motley or Vice Chancellor Winston Langley?
