Justin A. Clark should probably be dead. The Iowa man was arrested for drunk driving and was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.627, enough to have killed him.
On July 29, 2012, police received a report of someone driving erratically in North Liberty, Iowa. Police found Clark, who was reportedly too drunk to respond to questions. He was also unable to take the roadside test.
Police tested Justin Clark, who was found to have a blood alcohol content level of 0.486 percent.
A later blood test taken at hospital found he had a blood alcohol content level of 0.627.
A blood alcohol level of 0.30 is reportedly enough to kill a person, meaning that Clark may have been twice over the lethal limit.
