K Explosion in Grozny House of Parliament

CHECHNYA, Grozny. On July 12, during the day, in the Leninsky region of Grozny, in immediate proximity to the House of Parliament, there was an explosion. According to eyewitnesses, the device exploded in a trash can next to the KPP at the entrance to the House of Parliament.

According to a communication from the Information Center of the Council of Nongovernmental Organizations, as a result of the explosion two random passers-by were injured: a 17-year-old youth and a 12-year-old boy. Both were hospitalized.
