In Karachi the summer temperatures have been fluctuating between 35 to 40 degree C and humidity is high too. High inflation, dug-up roads, scorching heat…people have already got enough to be disgruntled and frustrated about. The frequent and regular power outages only add to their woes. Recently, Karachi was short by 120 MW of electricity in addition to the already deficient power supply as three units of the Bin Qasim Power Plant that feed Karachi’s power supply tripped, intensifying the on-going power outage.

rumana husain, I like this story. It's good stuff. We also have very hot summer temperatures, but without the power outages. I can imagine.
