Bangalore: The Karnataka political story has ended in favour of the BJP government. Chief Minister Yedyurappa has proved his majority in the trial of strength in the state Assembly on Thursday.
Soon after the House met for the day, Yedyurappa asked the members to express Trust in his government. Opposition parties Congress and JDS walked out of the House, making the trial of strength a one sided affair. While all the 199 members present in the House voted in favour of Yedyurappa, not a single vote was polled against him as the opposition has walked out.
