IT has been revealed today that some of the vcitims of school gunman Matti Saari, 22, in Kauhajoki, West Finland, had been shot up to twenty times, say the police, and at close range.
Investigators are still trying to discover what triggered Saari to act when he did.
Chief Inspector Jari Neulaniemi, the head of the investigation into Finland's latest school shooting, said Monday that some of the victims of the Kauhajoki vocational school tragedy had been shot about 20 times.
CI Neulaniemi added that the victims had been shot at close range to the head and torso with a plain intent to kill.
