Kelly Morris
GRANVILLE COUNTY, N.C. – A team of about 20 friends, family, and volunteers continued combing parts of Stem and Granville County on Wednesday in search for Kelly Morris. The 28-year-old was last seen Sept. 3. Raleigh resident Al Mignacci has been searching for Morris for more than a week. As a volunteer, Mignacci has been combing the woods next to nearby roads in Stem, but so far his search has turned up few clues. On Sept. 4, firefighters responded to a fire at her home, which Morris shares with her husband and two children. Last Friday, the fire was ruled as arson. Granville County sheriff David Smith said that he and other investigators spent Wednesday afternoon searching a body of water just east of Granville County, though he did not specify exactly where the search took place. “We had some information that it … could be this location,” the Sheriff said. He said the search turned out to be a dead end. Smith said numerous phone calls and tips have been coming into the Sheriff’s office and the Crime stoppers’ hotline over the past week. “Some of the information has been helpful,” Smith said. Both the Sheriff’s office and volunteers say they will continue to search for Morris indefinitely.
How many times do we hear this, too many times. Why can't the husbands just get a divorce? Why do they have to kill the wife? Hasn't any of the men learned from past cases you will get caught! My question to men is what is going through your minds when you feel like you have to resort to murder? It's simple "I want a DIVORCE"
