Defense consultant John P. Wheeler III, as seen in carpark surveillance video two days before his body was discovered in a Wilmington, DE garbage landfill, exhibited the behavior and the demeanor of a man under severe microwave attack. He walked with an unsteady, wobbly gait. He flailed his arms in the air for no apparent reason. He looked disheveled, confused, and persons he talked to said he appeared to be suffering from dementia -- despite the fact that neighbors who saw and talked to him in recent days saw no such signs of mental infirmity.
When I saw the video, I immediately recognized all of these symptoms, because I have experienced similar affects while under microwave attack -- notably, one particularly severe electromagnetic assault that occurred in the spring of 2004, shortly after I realized that some external force was destroying my life and rapidly degrading my health.

I soon learned that electromagnetic weapon attack can induce aneurysms, transient ischemic attacks ("mini-stroke"), full-blown stroke, heart attack, and other physiological and neurological impairment. In my case, the neurological and physical debilitation grew worse as the attacks continued; I did not begin to recover full cognition until months after I pleaded for assistance in several visits to the Philadelphia field office of the FBI.
But the attacks never stopped, and, in fact, continue until this very morning, when I awoke to severe ear-ringing and overwhelming fatigue and weakness, despite a full night's sleep. Now there is talk that defense consultant Jack Wheeler was involved in a major U.S. Security and Exchange Commission financial probe, and that those seeking to hide cover up financial crimes may have put out a "hit" on him. But Wheeler he also was a consultant to the U.S. Air Force on cyber-warfare, as well as to the Department of Homeland Security. The USAF is heavily invested in the development and deployment of scalar microwave radio frequency and scalar particle beam directed energy weapons.
I have solid reason to believe that elected officials in the Obama administration are now aware that the domestic directed energy weapon (DEW) system is being used against extrajudicially targeted American citizens to silently torture, impair, subjugate and, yes, slow-kill them.
Wheeler, who held top secret clearance, likely would have known of this technology. Wheeler likely would have known if it was being used on him. Perhaps he was briefing top Homeland Security officials on what he knew, and what was happening to him. Former FBI special agent in charge (of FBI's LA, Houston, Memphis offices) Ted Gunderson, in a 2007 speech at the Freedom Law School that can be found on YouTube, also speaks of being a victim of a multi-agency and command extrajudicial persecution matrix. No civilian doctor or medical expert would recognize the symptoms of precision-targeted electromagnetic microwave radio frequency attack, because even the nation's political leaders are largely unaware of this technology -- and its presence in EVERY neighborhood, and along every highway, in America.
The latest mainstream media coverage angle on the Wheeler case, that Wheeler may have been involved in an arson attempt related to a neighborhood property dispute, sounds to me like the typical character assassination frame-up M.O. certain dark forces frequency employ to cover up "executive action with extreme prejudice" against victimized whistle-blowers. I've also had it done to me; I continue to be slandered and libeled, in whisper campaigns and in published comments to my articles, as some sort of mental defective or social deviate. I believe this "program of personal destruction" originated from agencies of the federal government who routinely profile and often take actions to silence or neutralize journalists, whistle-blowers or "activists" who ask too many questions about issues and events that miscreant bureaucrats deign to keep hidden from public exposure.
The bottom line: from what I've seen of Wheeler in those surveillance videos, conscientious law enforcement must consider the possibility that the man who would be found murdered two days later was under microwave attack as he staggered about the Wilmington parking garage, and later, as he was observed wandering around downtown Wilmington's DuPont Co. building complex.
It also is my belief, although I can furnish no proof, that Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden may have been targeted by political enemies and attacked by this microwave weapon system the day last May that he suffered a stroke -- the very day his office was excoriated in an external report on a controversial child sex abuse case.
If Wheeler was under microwave attack, who ordered it -- and from what command post?
As I have stated in several recent articles, my reporting indicates that the nationwide cell tower- mounted microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system is under the operational command and control of the prime cyber-security contractor to the federal government, Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions, whose Mission and Combat Support Solutions central command is located in Norristown, Montgomery County, PA.
Published literature also indicates that various forms of electromagnetic weaponry are in the hands of various military and intelligence agencies and commands, ranging from the HAARP atmospheric research facility in Alaska to state and local police forces, some of which may be equipped with microwave weapons ranging from acoustic "sonic scream" devices to so-called "active denial systems" ostensibly intended for crowd control.
But if I were in charge of the Wheeler murder probe, I would focus like a laser on the facilities and personnel of Lockheed Martin -- in an effort to determine if weaponry under its command and control was targeted on downtown Wilmington, DE as Jack Wheeler wandered about the city in his final hours, dazed and confused -- and possibly set up to look like a stroke victim who then, conveniently, "fell into the wrong hands."

Nowhere does this article state that Wheeler was "killed by microwaves" -- but your disinfo technique comes right out of "Lame PsyOps 101. "

It's becoming obvious from the most recent news reports concerning Mr. Wheeler that something wasn't right with this guys physical and mental abilities.
There are several covert ways of killing people that can mislead investigators and indicate false results. This sounds like one of those situations. I agree that either some type of electronic weapon system attack could have been used or that some type of chemical, posion, or drug that becomes untraceable may have been used.

Show us where Ted Gunderson has stated he has firsthand knowledge, admits participation, or was an eyewitness to specific events, involving OS/EH/MC.
He has none. He believes in it. He also believes that 9/11 was a controlled demolition, in reptilian aliens living on earth, chemtrails, and a number of other equally stupid beliefs.
This is of no use at all to us and in fact his endorsement will only present a liability to our credibility. Which of course you know.
The guy is 82 years old and has been out of the FBI for 31 years. He is John Q. Citizen. Make that John Q. Senile Citizen.

The bbc news reported that building seven had collapsed as a result of the twin towers collapsing before it had even happened, the video is on youtube and as the building does collapse behind the news reporter the connection is lost.

This attempted comment to the Jan. 7 Philadelphia Inquirer web story about Robert Wheeler elicited a screen that twice repeated the phrase that the comment was being "routed for approval." Virtually all other comments to Inky web stories post immediately. This appears to be another example of blatant government censorship perpetrated by the prime cyber-contractor to federal intelligence agencies and commands, Lockheed Martin.
Why does this operation get away with the serial violation of the constitutional rights of American citizens -- and how come the media meekly submits to allowing its editorial prerogative to be usurped and used as a subterfuge for censorship? Here is the comment that apparently won't post:
How about all the contradictions -- the neighbors saying Wheeler exhibited no signs of mental infirmity or confusion, was an upstanding citizen, yet the Inquirer buys the apparent slander that this man became "unglued" and was intent on committing arson. How easily the media buys the cover story. Where's the REPORTING here? Oh, how the Inky has fallen. The days of Barlett and Steele are long gone. After publishing the above, my comment to the Inquirer web site appears to have posted. I say "appears" because my web pages are chronically spoofed, re-directed to gov't contractor computers in a constant "man in the middle attack." I have been targeted for 24 hour, real-time surveillance and malicious interference with my telecommunications, and it's costing taxpayers plenty. How many other journalists, opinion leaders, activists or "trouble-makers" are similarly targeted by America's rogue bureaucracy and its prime cyber-contractor, Lockheed Martin?
Each time I refresh the Inquirer story on Wheeler, I get the message, "thank you for your comment. If you do not see it immediately, it is being routed for approval." If I were looking at the LEGITIMATE Inquirer web page in question, I would not get that message when I refresh the page. It is obvious that my internet connection is under control by the cyber-contractor Lockheed Martin, the man in the middle attack continues, and I have NO WAY of knowing for sure whether my freedom of speech and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures (of my internet input, in this case) is being respected.

It's difficult for a decent person to believe the sheer evil of the Torture Matrix and, even more incredibly, the eager participation of "normal" citizens and cops (who you'd think might be more savvy). Journalist are more gullible than most people -- the Media Controllers kill off or fire the real investigators. I wouldn't have believed that this nationwide, Fed-controlled Torture Matrix was real, if I hadn't been thrown into it and experienced the ploys that Vic documents so well.. So I understand why decent folks can't believe that their "defense" agencies are involved in organizing something like this. But I say to you, "Believe it." There is something HUGE going on in Western countries -- and it is aimed at destroying millions of people whom the wealthy elites regard as "useless mouths."

I attempted to post a comment to Laura Rozen's blog at Politico.com this morning, re: Gates' budget cuts at DoD. The comment appears to have posted. BUT -- hours later, mine is the ONLY comment published on a very hot topic. And when I click on the link provided on Politico.com's front page that supposed to lead to that specific blog post, the link INSTEAD takes me to Rozen's general blog link. In the past, links to specific blog entries consistently have taken me to that specific item.
My only conclusion: I am looking at a "spoofed," or counterfeit, Politico.com web page -- AND LOCKHEED MARTIN, CYBER-CONTRACTOR TO HOMELAND-MIL-INTEL, CONTINUES TO IMPOSE POLITICAL CENSORSHIP ON THE INTERNET COMMENTS OF AMERICAN CITIZENS.
This is a crime, a scandal, a waste of taxpayer money. Public officials, even if you no longer care about the constitutional rights of Americans falsely targeted by federal agencies and commands, what about the gross waste of taxpayer dollars to impose real-time draconian censorship on American citizens?

HARASSING, DEFRAUDING EMAILS AND OTHER CRIMINAL MISUSE OF THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM BY GOVT CONTRACTOR CRIMINALS
Will some good person on the inside with access to the unjustified, unconstitutional Lockheed Martin administered surveillan...ce of all of my telecommunications and private doings inside my residence please take a look at the many harassing emails I receive each day? Some use names of dead relatives or allude to other personal matters-- I kid you not.
Today, I got an email, ostensibly from Amazon.com, stating that "your order has been canceled." I did not make a recent order to Amazon. When I clicked on the link, I was taken to a page with a "404 -- Forbidden" message.
How many of these email are defrauding me? How many represent ID theft?
Of am I to believe that the rogue programs I believe are responsible for this serial harassment protocol never engage in theft by deception?
Please alert all relevant inspectors general that massive HOMELAND-MIL-INTEL CONTRACTOR FRAUD is taking place at taxpayer expense -- using the telecommunications systems to conduct illicit psychological operations against American citizens.
