I wonder, how long they can keep Khodorkovsky at jail. But I'm happy to notice, that RIA Novosti tells, that:  "Many critics say the charges were politically motivated."

MOSCOW, March 4 (RIA Novosti) - Defense lawyers for former Yukos chief Mikhail Khodorkovsky and his business partner Platon Lebedev accused on Wednesday a Moscow judge of bias in their clients' case, and called for his dismissal.

The defense said it wants a second case against their clients, being presided over by Khamovniki Court judge Viktor Danilkin, removed from the trial.

Good question. Will a second case be granted and who will be the presiding Judge?
